Payment Options
Once your order is approved, we will send a detailed invoice with a total that includes shipping. You can pay the way that works best for your organization:
- Check — no processing fee
- Bank transfer (ACH) — about 0.8%, capped at a $5 fee
- PayPal — about a 3.5% fee
- Credit/debit card — about a 3% fee
Our preferred methods are check and ACH, since they keep costs lowest for everyone. PayPal and cards are available for convenience. We do not add surcharges for any payment method; your invoice will simply show the method you choose.
